We placed an order last night and despite receiving the order for food, they didn't receive the payment from curries on-line, despite the amount being taken from my card. The result? The order was left sitting in their kitchen getting cold for over an hour before WE had to call to find out where it was...despite leaving our phone number. Both outfits were very unprofessional and left us without food we paid for and very hungry! We called curries online without success and we are still to hear from them. Dont bother with this lot!

Customer has been contacted and the issue rectified. Customer is satisfied. The retailer has changed ownership hence the confusion, new owners now on board with CurriesOnline and processing orders as normal.
